How often do I use Silabela products?

Each product has it's way in being used. Please check the Directions for Use section in each product page for more information.

Are all ingredients in Silabela vegan friendly and cruelty free?

We love our furry friends and do not test our products on animals, but we do have the Hydrate | Anti Aging face Cream and the Revive | Firming Eye Cream that contain an ingredient fron Bees.

Are your product 100% natural?

Well, unless you pick grapes from the tree and rub them on your face, there is nothing called 100% natural. our product are 97% to 98.5% made from naturally derived ingredients. We do believe in nature with a tiny little bit of science does wonders.

Our products are manufactured in USA - Florida

What skin types are Silabela products suitable for?

Our products are appropriate for Dry to Normal skin types.

We will be launching products for Oilt to Combination skin types SOON.

Payment & Delivery

Do you ship Internationally?

Currently we ship only to United Arab Emirates, but we are working on it and will soon be shipping internationally.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are normally dispatched next day of order. You will receive your order within 2-3 working days.

Can I change my delivery address or cancel my order?

Only if the order isn't dispatched, you can. Otherwise, if the order is dipatched we cant. It is the customer's responsibility to provide a valid/correct shipping address. If the shipment is returned to us, the second shipping attempt will be at the customer's cost. We encourage you to always double-check your address before placing your order. If you wish to cancel your order after it has been dispatched you will need to wait for it to reach you and either reject delivery or return your order back to us for a refund. 35 Dirhams for shipping cost will be deducted from all refunds.

I have placed an order however I haven’t received order confirmation? 

Please check your junk / spam folder and ensure you have entered a valid email address. Let us know right away on sales@silabela.com if you believe you have given any incorrect details.

Do you offer refunds or returns?

Yes we do. Please check our Refund Policy

Where do I enter my discount code? 

At the final stage of checkout, you will see an option to enter the discount code, you enter it there and then click apply.

What happens if I do not collect my parcel?

If you miss your parcel, it will be sent back to us. If you would like to have it re-shipped, there will be a re-shipping fee of 35 dirhams. If you would like a refund instead, we will refund you the amount of your order minus the processing & return shipping costs of 35 dirhams. We are not held liable for parcels that have failed to be collected.

What happens if I enter an incorrect/incomplete address at the checkout? 

If you place an order and realize that you need to change the shipping address, please contact us AS SOON AS POSSIBLE at sales@silabela.com. Please remember that our goal is to send each shipment as soon as possible and unfortunately, we are unable to change an address after a package has been shipped.
