It is our hope that you are satisfied with your products; however, you may request a refund or exchange for any purchased product if you experience skin sensitivities or if the product does not meet your order.
To be eligible for a return, incase the product doesn't meet your order, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
For skin sensitivity purpose, email us on email@example.com, with a picture of the sensitivity issue you faced (if possible). You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If product reaches you damaged, broken or leaking, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Email us on firstname.lastname@example.org, with a picture of the damage and the box. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To make any of the above requests, please send an email to email@example.com, attaching the invoice and product picture along with a description of your concern or complaint, stating if you would like a refund or exchange. Upon receipt of your request, Silabela will make a determination, in its reasonable discretion, whether a product claimed to be damaged or defective was actually damaged or defective when originally delivered to you and used as intended.
In the case of skin sensitivity, shipment costs will not be refunded. Requests for refunds and exchanges will be reviewed and determined on a case by case basis. Company reserves the right, in its reasonable discretion, to refuse to refund or exchange any product.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, the amount will be transferred back to your bank account. Please remember it can take 3-5 days to receive the refund. Incase of return due to sensitivity issue, shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
Note: If your purchase was done through Tabby Payments, you will get 10 days to try the product. If you face any issues mentioned above, you can request a refund before paying for the product.
