Shipping policy

Silabela Skincare makes every attempt to ship orders within one business day from order. However, during periods of peak demand, orders may take up to three business days to process and dispatch. 

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from Silabela Skincare containing your order details (if you have provided your email address).

Wrong Address

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a valid/correct shipping address. If the shipment is returned to us, the second shipping attempt will be at the customer's cost. 

Correcting Your Shipping Address

If you place an order and realize at a later time that you need to change the shipping address, please contact us AS SOON AS POSSIBLE at sales@silabela.com. Please remember that our goal is to send each shipment as soon as possible and unfortunately, we are unable to change an address after a package has been shipped.

Order Cancellation Policy

You must call within one hour of purchase to cancel an order, to ensure the order has not been fulfilled. If the order has already been dispatched, you will be liable for the cost of delivery and return delivery. Please view our refund policy for further details.

Damaged Shipments

Silabela Skincare is taking well care when packing orders to minimize any damage during shipping. When your order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during the shipping process. It is normal for the outer package to show some wear and tear; however, if there is damage to the item(s) in your shipment, please notify us by sending an email to sales@silabela.com within seven days. Please include your order number in the email, and retain the shipping box, packaging materials and damaged items. No returns/refunds will be granted following the seven days after delivery.

International Buyers (when available)

Shipping and tracking information is electronically sent out and would advise that it is your responsibility to track your package once it is tendered to the shipping carrier.

Silabela Skincare is not responsible for any delays incurred due to local or international customs issues, nor any additional duties of taxes your country may require. We recommend familiarizing yourself with your local import policies prior to ordering.

Please Note: Import duties, taxes, and charges aren’t included in the item price or postage cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing. No returns or refunds will be issued due to customs delays, holds or duty fees beyond our control.
